​LIABILITY WAIVER
EUGENIO FILICE o/a EUGENIO FILICE PROFESSIONAL FITNESS Personal Training and Nutrition Liability Waiver
In consideration for entering the website and viewing the content and videos posted therein by Eugenio Filice, which content relates to fitness and nutrition (the "Activities"), the viewer agrees with Eugenio Filice, operating as Eugenio Filice Professional Fitness, and his employees, agents, representatives, service providers, successors and assigns (collectively, the "Releasees"), as follows:
1. The Releasees are NOT PROVIDING MEDICAL ADVICE and I should consult with a doctor or nutritionist prior to participating in the Activities and undertaking changes to my personal physical activity or nutrition.
2. The content provided by the Releasees are opinions given for information purposes only and results and outcomes will vary among different individuals based on many factors. No fitness or health outcomes are guaranteed by the Releasees.
3. I hereby agree not to use, publish or share the information or content provided by the Releasees for any purpose other than for my own use in the course of my participation in the Activities.
4. I SHALL INDEMNIFY, RELEASE, AND SAVE HARMLESS THE RELEASEES FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS AND COSTS THAT MIGHT ARISE OUT OF MY ENGAGEMENT IN THE ACTIVITIES OR MY UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE RELEASEES' CONTENT OR MY PRESENCE AT THE FACILITIES DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, AND ALSO INCLUDING THE FAILURE OF THE RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS REFERRED TO ABOVE.
5. I understand and agree that this Waiver is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns.
6. I have had sufficient time to read this agreement.
