Special Events

In May of 2025, we had the pleasure of participating in the annual Home and Leisure show in Cobourg. We had a great time and it was so nice to introduce our business to people and have conversations with people who have similar interests to us. We appreciated everyone who stopped to talk to us and get information on what we do and those who purchased some of the nutrition products we sell. We hope to do more events like this in the future so we can get to know the communities we're looking to serve better.
